TWO DOCKERS, a Bulldog and a Crow are in line for the 2019 Coates Hire AFLW goal of the year award.
Fremantle’s Ashley Sharp has been nominated for her sensational two-bounce running effort against Brisbane in round two.
Bulldog Kirsten McLeod got the nod for her special goal, kicked from the boundary line the outside of her right boot, also against the Lions, in round four.
First-year Docker Sabreena Duffy is in the mix for her right-foot soccer-style beauty from a tight angle against the Western Bulldogs in round five.
And veteran Crow Courtney Cramey rounds out the contenders with a right-foot bender against Melbourne in the final home and away round of the year.
The winner of the 2019 Coates Hire AFLW goal of the year award will be chosen by the 10-person AFLW Awards panel. Each panellist will have one vote, with the fans’ collective decision to count as one vote.
