A GIANT, a Crow and a Docker are all in the running for the 2020 AFLW Mark of the Year.
GWS' comeback forward Rebecca Privitelli caught the eye in her first game for the Giants since 2018, beating out three players to take a spectacular pack mark in torrid conditions in round one.
Another star on the comeback is also in the mix, with Adelaide's Courtney Gum, who had come out of retirement, needing just one hand to pluck a bullet pass – while running backwards – from teammate Ange Foley in round two.
The final nominee is Fremantle's Ashley Sharp, who against the Western Bulldogs in round six took a stunning overhead mark while back-peddling and under enormous pressure from Elisabeth Georgostathis.
The winner of the 2020 AFLW mark of the year award will be selected by the 10-person AFLW Awards panel. Each panellist will have one vote, with the fans’ collective decision to count as one vote.
Voting closes at 11.59pm EDST Friday, April 3. Winner to be announced at the W Awards. Details to follow.
