TEAMS: Star Docker a certain starter, Crows unchanged

LIVELY Fremantle forward Sabreena Duffy will play in Saturday's preliminary final against Carlton, having overcome an ankle injury.

The 18-year-old, who has kicked seven goals this season, hurt her ankle in last weekend's game against North Melbourne but trained well on Thursday night.

"We were very concerned last week with the way she went down, and the ankle had a lot of bruising," coach Trent Cooper told

"But she's a really tough kid, we were just worried if it was okay structurally, and it was. She trained last night, so she'll definitely be playing."

It means the Dockers go in unchanged, while the Blues have brought in Jess Edwards for Abbie McKay (omitted).

'Full review' coming for AFLW conference system: Livingstone

Head of women's football Nicole Livingstone joins Nat Edwards and Sarah Black to discuss the AFLW conference system

Geelong has made two changes ahead of Sunday's preliminary final with Adelaide, bringing in defenders Anna Teague and Becky Webster.

Teague missed the past two weeks with a back injury, while Webster hasn't played since round three with a lower leg complaint.

Key forward Phoebe McWilliams will miss after surgery on Wednesday to repair a break in her left hand, while Hannah Burchell has been omitted.

The Crows have resisted the temptation to bring in classy forward Jess Sedunary, who has missed the entire season with a serious foot injury.

The 28-year-old has been named as an emergency for the unchanged side, along with youngster Nikki Gore.
